废钢打包机减压阀故障分析

    1.减压阀进出油口接反了:对板式阀为安装反向,对管式阀是接管错误。使用时应注意阀上油口附近的标记,或查阅液压无件产品目录,不可设计错和接错。
    2.进油口压力太低,经减压阀芯节流口后,从出油口输出的压力更低,此时应查明进油口压力低的原因(例如阀故障)。
   3.减压阀下游回路负载太小,压力建立不起来,此时可考虑在减压阀下游串接节流阀来解决。
   4.先导阀(锥阀)与阀座配合面之间因污物滞留而接触不良,不密合;或先导锥次有严重划伤,阀座配合孔失圆,有缺口,造成先导阀芯与阀座孔不密合。
   5.拆修时,漏装锥阀带来锥阀未安装在阀座孔内。对此,可检查锥次的装配情况或密合情况。
   6.主阀芯上阻尼孔被污物堵塞,B腔的油液不能经主阀芯下端的阻尼孔a流入主阀弹簧腔,出油腔B的反馈压力传递不到先导锥阀上,使导阀失去了对主阀出口压力的调节作用;阻尼孔a堵塞后,主阀弹簧腔失去了油压的任用,使主阀变成一个弹簧力很弱(只有主阀平衡弹簧)的直动式滑阀,故在出油口压力很低时,便可克服平衡弹簧的任用力而使减压阀节流
口关至最小,这样进油口A的压力油经此关小的节流口大幅度降压,使出油口B压力上不来。
    7.先导阀弹簧(调压弹簧)错装成软弹簧,或者因弹簧疲劳产生永久变形或者折断等原因,造成B腔出口压力调不高,只能调到某一低的定值,此值远低于减压阀的最大调节压力。
   8.调压手柄因螺纹拉伤或有效深度不够,不能拧到底而使得压力不能调到最大。
   9.阀盖与阀体之间的密封不良,严重漏油,造成先导油流量压力不够,压力上不去。产生原因可能是O形圈漏装或损伤,压紧螺钉未拧紧以及阀盖加工时出现端面不平度误差,阀盖端面一般是四周凸,中间凹。
   10.主阀芯因污物、行刺等卡死在小开度的位置上,使出口压力低,可进行清洗与去毛刺。

5. When repairing and packing cone valve cone valve is not installed in the valve seat hole. To this, can monitor the assembly of the cone times or closed.
6. The main valve core on the damping hole were choked up with dirt, B cavity oil cannot damping hole of the bottom of the main valve core into the main valve spring chamber, a B's feedback of the oil cavity pressure transmission is less than the guide on the cone valve, make the lost to the main valve outlet pressure pilot valve adjustment; Damping hole after a block, the main valve spring cavity lost oil pressure of employment, the main valve into a spring force is very weak (only the main valve spring balance) straight moving type valve, therefore the oil outlet pressure is low, can overcome the balance spring force and make the pressure reducing valve throttle
Mouth shut to minimum, so oil inlet. A pressure oil through the closed small throttle opening large step-down, pulling oil mouth B on the pressure not to.
7. The guide valve spring (pressure regulating spring) wrong like a soft spring, or cause permanent deformation or fracture by spring fatigue, caused B cavity outlet pressure adjustment is not high, can only be transferred to a low fixed value, this value is far lower than the maximum control pressure of the pressure reducing valve.
8. The regulating handle a strained thread or effective depth is not enough, cannot twist exactly and cannot be transferred to the maximum pressure.
9. Bonnet seal between the body and bad, serious leakage, the forerunner of oil flow pressure is not enough, the pressure couldn't get on. Reasons may be the o-ring packing or damage, compression screw does not tighten and there was a face cover processing roughness error, cover face is generally all round convex, concave in the middle.
10. The main valve spool due to dirt and assassinate stuck in the small open position, make the outlet pressure is low, can be washed and deburring.
